All services on the gcd33 platform are available to adults only. Only individuals who meet the following conditions may register and participate on this platform:

gcd33 reserves the right to verify a user's age and identity at any time. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be returned — however, no bonuses or winnings will be paid out.

Account Registration and Management

Opening an account at gcd33 is straightforward and completely free. However, all information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.

Registration Conditions

  • Each individual may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is prohibited.
  • The name, address and payment details provided at registration must all be consistent.

  • It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password completely confidential.

Identity Verification (KYC)

In the interest of security and fraud prevention, gcd33 reserves the right to verify users' identities. You may be asked to submit a national identity card, passport or other documents as required. Withdrawals may be restricted until the verification process is complete.

Account Security

If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. gcd33 will not be responsible for any misuse of an account by a third party.

Welcome Bonus

  • New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
  • The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x).
  • This means you must wager 15 times the total bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • A user may claim the welcome bonus only once.

VIP Program and Cashback

  • Bronze members can receive up to 0.4% cashback per week.
  • Silver members can receive up to 0.8% cashback per week.
  • Gold members can receive up to 1.1% cashback per week.
  • Platinum members can receive up to 1.5% cashback per week.
  • Your VIP tier changes based on your gaming activity and regularity on the platform.

General Bonus Terms

  • The claim deadline for each bonus will be stated in that offer's details.
  • Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • gcd33 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • If the terms of any bonus are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

  • Harassing, deceiving or insulting other users.
  • Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
  • Conducting transactions using a third party's payment account.

  • Providing false information during the KYC verification process.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Bonus abuse.

Account Closure by the User

You may close your account yourself at any time. To do so, contact the support team directly. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all legitimate funds before the account is closed.
